Employment Success for Graduates

Are you a student or graduate from a diverse background?

Improve your chances of "Crossing the Career Bridge"

Why do a majority of international students and graduates (along with those who have additional needs) struggle to gain employment in their chosen career at the completion of their degree? This can be for a number of reasons:

  • Lack of awareness of how the Australian Job Market works;
  • A poor resume that does not promote your potential;
  • Limited understanding of the importance of cover letters
  • Little or no network within Australian Businesses:
  • Lack of confidence and experience of Interviews
  • English as a second language
  • Lack of skills to suitably promote your skills and abilities
  • Lack of expertise to guide and show you the way.

This is how recruiters and employers describe successful students and graduates: "Students and graduates who are prepared, confident and understand the labour market, expand their opportunities and as a result are more competitive."

Does this describe you? If not, these workshops are for you.
