Monika is an experienced professional with a strong background in employment and training for the disadvantaged.

Monika brings 10 years experience in supporting people from disadvantaged backgrounds into employment. Working with some of our most vulnerable community members, Monika has proven herself as a true champion of diversity and inclusion.

Monika truly values the individual and believes in empowering those she works with to achieve their goals. She has joined the Diversity@Work team in order to utilise this innate capability to support our clients to meet their diversity and inclusion imperatives.

Monika has post graduate and diploma qualifications in Human Resources and Training.
