Maree de Bondt

Maree de Bondt is a consultant with more than ten years experience in leadership and organizational development roles.

Maree's experience includes extensive experience in Human Resource Management in the private sector, including the role of Director of Human Resources for Australasia for a global hospitality provider. Maree has recently provided organizational strategies to a range of businesses including Australian state and commonwealth agencies, as well as multi-national corporations.

Maree has a passion for ensuring that organisations achieve the most out of their people and adopts a flexible approach to ensure that the needs of the client and the organisation are met.

Maree has highly developed facilitation and training skills and an engaging and relaxed style which have been developed from her many experiences in facilitating workshops.

Maree has lived and worked interstate and overseas for more than fifteen years and believes that "Diversity is the one true thing that we all have in common."

Maree has completed a Graduate Diploma in Management Psychology, a Graduate Diploma in Education, a Graduate Diploma in Business (Hospitality and Tourism) and a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology).
