World@Work - Culture, People and Performance
Is your "cultural lens" distorting your view of the world?
Are you ready to take the next step, expand your thinking and gain an insight into Cultural Intelligence - CQ?
Culture is the "lens" through which you view the world. It is central to what you see, how you make sense of what you see, and how you express yourself. Your cultural programming shapes everything you do. Cultural intelligence (CQ) is your capability to grow personally through continuous learning of diverse cultural heritage, wisdom and values, and to deal effectively with people from different cultural background and understanding.
You would already have some experience in this area but are now looking to develop a deeper understanding and insight into your own cultural awareness and understanding. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your skills and strategies to harness the power of cultural diversity not only within the work context but also as members of the wider multicultural community.
